Somebody named John Hawkins has picked up where Michael Medved left off, labeling Jerry Corsi ‘kooky’ for daring to write about the incremental integration of the U.S., Mexico, and Canada into a single entity. Hawkins, who blogs at Right Wing News and sometimes has his stuff picked up by Human Events, is, like Medved, a phony conservative who can’t separate true conservative principles from mindless support of the Republican Party.
Hawkins on Iraq:
[T]he President is the Commander-In-Chief and therefore, he’s ultimately responsible for the war effort in Iraq. If he thinks we need more troops to win, I’ll back him on that, no matter what the polls or the generals say. As long as the President is striving to win in Iraq, not just tread water or cut and run, I’m with him all the way.
Wrong answer. The fact that Mr. Bush won a couple of popularity contests against stiffs like Al Gore and John Kerry doesn’t make him omniscient, and only mindless partisan cheerleaders refuse to admit that our troops are no longer fighting terrorists as much as they’re playing referee in a sectarian civil war.
And only mindless partisan cheerleaders are blind to the betrayal of national sovereignty taking place under our very noses.
