3.9 Million Sets of Personal Data “Lost”

We’re supposed to believe that UPS didn’t scan this packet and assign a tracking number?

Citigroup said Monday that personal information on 3.9 million consumer lending customers of its CitiFinancial subsidiary was lost by UPS while in transit to a credit bureau — the biggest breach of customer or employee data reported so far.

You watch. Cases like this will be used to justify chipping us. After all, keeping your information under your skin will prevent your ID from being stolen.
